Cue is a movie recommendation app operated by Melanvi (Sami El-Hajj, Barcelona, Spain). This policy explains what data Cue uses and why.
What we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your email address.
- Your activity in the app: movies you rate, save or skip, used to make recommendations.
- Basic technical data, such as device type and app version, to fix problems.
How we use it
Only to run Cue: to show recommendations, keep your watchlist, answer support requests and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers to host the app and its data. They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Email cue@melanvi.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Children
Cue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above.
